Conexus includes programs for leaders to expand their management expertise in specific function areas, such as the Nuclear Professional Development Seminar. This three-week leadership program takes place in the classroom and at a nuclear facility, where attendees examine leadership, management practices and performance at the plant. Not technology-specific, the program has been delivered in Canada with a mix of Canadian and international participants.
