Partners
Through our Collaboration Model, Conexus connects
the CANDU and broader nuclear industry. Conexus
builds strong, strategic partnerships with industry organizations both in
Canada and internationally, creating a powerful portal to maximize resources
and deliver valuable benefits to our members, participants and the broader
nuclear sector.
By collaborating with leading nuclear organizations across the globe,
Conexus taps into a wealth of expertise and resources. In Canada, our network
includes prominent entities such as the Canadian Nuclear Association (CNA), the
Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS), the University Network of Excellence in Nuclear
Engineering (UNENE), and the Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries
(OCNI).
On the international stage, Conexus partners with influential industry
leaders, including the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and the
Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). We maintain key relationships with
international governmental bodies, most notably through practical arrangements
with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), specifically its Nuclear
Safety and Nuclear Energy divisions.
We also collaborate with the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency and Nuclear
Energy Institute to accelerate progress on SMRs and innovation through advanced
manufacturing.
